Pre made - Any item that is premade will be shipped within 1 week. These Items are usually LIMITED and readily available to be shipped.

Pre order - Please allow 4-6 weeks for production and shipping for preorder items. These items are manufactured specifically for you AFTER your order is placed. Once shipping has commenced you will receive a tracking # and be updated on your order.

We are not responsible for any lost, unclaimed or damaged packages caused by the carrier and would recommend contacting them in the event of such a circumstance.
